What we are looking for
No formal sales background is required. What matters is whether you can take direct coaching, show up consistently and enjoy talking to people you have never met.
- Full training provided. Product certification, field coaching and a published development track from representative to campaign manager.
- Local work. Campaigns run inside partner retailers in the Lehigh Valley area.
- Merit-based growth. Advancement depends on your performance and on how well you develop the people after you.
- Honest expectations. This is face-to-face work on a retail floor. It suits people who would rather be on their feet than behind a desk.
